Elderly Parents With All Their Marbles honored by Florida Authors and Publishers Association

 WINS 2015 GOLD PRESIDENT'S AWARD IN THE HOW-TO/SELF-HELP CATEGORY

"Elderly Parents With All Their Marbles: A Survival Guide for the Kids" by Pamela Carey was among the top award winners as the Florida Authors and Publishers Association (FAPA) presented its prestigious President's Awards on August 8. The awards honored the best books published in 2014 and 2015 by authors in Florida and throughout the United States.

Ms. Carey's book captured top honors in the How To/Self-Help Category. The competition brought in 31 judges, including 27 national state librarians and four publishing professionals.

Wayne Adams, FAPA President.

The event took place at the Hilton Orlando/Lake Buena Vista Resort.
